Spotless Stain Treatment and Protection Wellington
Coffee, red wine, blood, ink and rust can all leave a nasty stain on your carpet. Without the proper treatment, that stain can also become permanent. At Capital Carpet Cleaning, we recommend that you professionally treat a carpet stain. Often, the ‘miracle’ carpet cleaning tip you find on the internet will result in the carpet stain becoming more noticeable or even impossible to remove. With our expert knowledge, gained through years of industry experience, you can trust us to determine the best stain removal process for your unique situation and deliver a spotless finish.

Professional Stain Reduction &/or Removal
In addition to “steam” cleaning, we use a standard range of professional chemicals at Capital Carpet Cleaning, which are specially formulated to work on certain stains.
- Each stain has its own chemical make-up and may affect different fibre types in various ways.
- Stains by definition have dyed the fibre and so results can vary. Some may be totally removed, others significantly reduced, and unfortunately some will remain unchanged.
- Some of these permanent type stains can only be removed either
- by the use of very aggressive chemical treatments, or
- by cutting out and replacing your ugly stained carpet with a clean and fresh bonded insert.
Fabric Stain Protective Coating
Capital Carpet Cleaning can apply an odourless, invisible protective coating to most fabrics. If anything is spilt on upholstery, it will tend to sit on top of this fibre, giving you time to clean before it sets in. If you don’t get to it quickly, don’t worry!
- It will sit on top of the coating, making it easier to remove when professionally cleaned.
- Everyday dirt and grime won't attach itself to the coated fibre either — it sits in between, allowing removal of a higher percentage of dirt with routine vacuuming.
- This stain protection is very durable and will normally last through at least three commercial cleans.
We recommend that you consider guarding your valuable furnishings against most household spillages.
